* Voting membership limited to 25 persons.
* Of the 25 voting members, a minimum of 5 persons shall be persons living with HIV.The remaining 20 shall be a balance of prevention and care representatives.
* Others to be considered include representatives from Corrections, Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Ryan White Title III programs.

5. State Ryan White Title IV/Perinatal Prevention Director

* DHEC Co-Chair (appointed by DHEC)
* Standing Committee Chairs (5)
* Ex-Officio Members (2): State Director of HIV Prevention, and State Director of Ryan White Programs

1. Identifying training needs may fall within the scope of the Needs Assessment Committee
2. Youth shall be included in the Prevention Committee
