Notice of all CBOs, ASO, FQHCs and other Agencies Serving HIV+ clients in South Carolina

The South Carolina Department of Health & Environmental Control (SC DHEC) is eligible for Federal HIV funding to help prevent HIV among individuals at risk and enhance care for people receiving HIV care in SC clinics.

As part of this planning effort, DHEC looks forward to your input. We need informed stakeholders [persons living with HIV, caregivers, social workers, medical professional, and advocates] to come together and offer input into gaps and barriers that exist and some ideas about how to address these. Our ultimate goal is an Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) Plan for South Carolina.

The final plan will be presented to the Federal funders and outline the prevention and care activities for the next several years.

We invite you and your clients to participate in a series of virtual discussions as we craft the framework for our plan. To register, please visit: bit.ly/EHE20REG. A flyer is attached that you can share within your organization.
