Upstate EHE Regional Meeting

The goal is to gather regional input on barriers to HIV prevention and care and successful interventions which might be expanded or replicated to achieve EHE goals; initial large group meeting leads to three breakouts: Diagnose, Treat, and Prevention groups. (120 minutes each)
